As per the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, we offer customers a cooling off period of seven days.
If you wish to return goods to us during this time or for any other reason, please ring us on 0208 9414019 or contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note all goods need to be unused and in perfect condition, unless reason for return is to replace a faulty item.
It will be your responsibility to return the goods to us at your own cost and risk. Please make sure a copy of your original purchase invoice is included with the return.
Once your goods have been returned and inspected you will be sent a full refund (please note we do not refund postage) within 5 working days. If you are returning goods that need replacement due to the items being faulty, we will try to get a replacement out to you the same day (depending on availability).
We always aim to offer our valued customers the best possible price. However if you find the same product(s) offered for sale elsewhere cheaper we will aim to price match them for you. In order for us to do this please supply us details of the pricing and where it is on offer. Unfortunately we cannot price match auction websites and Amazon Marketplace.
